Micro-Learning Video Coaching

Nudging People to Safer Eco-Driving Behaviours

Because eco-drivers use 20% less fuel and have a 25% lower crash risk

All part of our commitment to safety and sustainability, our proprietary BETTER DRIVER micro learning video coaching system is embedded into the Mercurien Drive app, which is available to all our fleet operations and insurance clients.

Targeted and Automated

Proactive crash prevention made easy. An automated continuous feedback loop with integrated WHS reports providing information across improvements in targeted behaviours, overall driving behaviour, and engagement.

Risk Analysed

Gathering data doesn’t reduce crash rates until it’s converted into feedback that people can easily access and understand. So we analyse the data collected and identify, for each individual, their key risk behaviour that’s most in need of focus.

Digital Delivery

Targeted videos are delivered periodically via the Mercurien Drive app, email or SMS, but never whilst driving. It’s a low-cost, convenient and geography is no barrier; crash-prevention coaching can be delivered at scale.

1,200+ Videos

There are over 1,200 targeted videos in our library. Each individual gets insights into what they most need to focus on and why it’s important. Nudging them towards safer eco-driving habits that reduce fuel consumption and crash-risk.

60 Seconds

Bite-sized information that can be easily absorbed, the average length of the videos is approximately 60 seconds. Feedback is delivered in respectful ‘psychologically-safe’ language.
