New Business

Mercurien must cease issuing New Business Quotations. Quotations issued before 7th July 2025 will be honoured if placement is requested.

Existing Policies and Renewals

There is no impact on existing policies. All in-force policies will continue to be honoured and administered in accordance with their terms and conditions through to their expiry dates.

Renewal will not be invited by Assetinsure for policies expiring on or after 7th August 2025.

NOVATED LEASE DISTRIBUTORS

New Business (New Client Policies)

As the Novated Lease product is written on a program year, there is no change to existing distributor programs until their program expiry in 2026. New quotations and new business policies for new Novated Lease clients can continue to be bound.

There is no impact to policy changes (endorsements) required to be made on existing policies.

Program Renewals in 2026

Renewal will not be invited by Assetinsure for Novated Lease Distributor programs once their current term expires in 2026.
