Claims form

  1. Novated lease claims lodged prior to 01/02/2026 will continue to managed by IGAU. The phone line will allow customers to choose the correct options.

  2. All new claims for Novated lease policies after 01/02/26 will be managed by the Assetinsure team.

  3. When you fill out the claims form, we will ask you:

  • Your vehicle’s registration number

  • Your vehicle’s odometer reading at the time of the incident

  • Your Mercurien insurance policy number

  • Details of the policy holder

  • Details of the driver of your vehicle (name, address, license number, contact details)

  • Details about the accident (including location, date and time, photos and dashcam footage)

  • Details of any other party involved

  • Details of any witnesses (name and contact details)

  • The reference number of the police case, if applicable

  • The quicker we get all the information we need, the faster we can progress your claim.

  • The more info you share, the faster we can get your claim sorted.
